3D Player 2010:
So, today it was announced that a Classic Edition Mini-NES was coming out with 30 pre-downloaded games, and the full list was immediately revealed.  It was also announced that those 30 games were final and that no more games would be added through any sort of expansion.  They also refused to comment on whether or not there would be anything of that sort for the SNES or N64.  Here, I want to talk about potential game candidates for a possible Classic Edition Mini-SNES and Classic Edition Mini-N64.

So, I have this list of SNES games:

Black means there is no issue and that they will almost certainly be picked.
Red means there might be legal licensing issues, and if such issues are resolved, the game will almost certainly be picked.
Green means that they might be lower priority.
Blue means that both of the above apply.
Unlisted means that they are not as likely as the others.

well we all got it very incorrect, and it ended up being only 21 games too.

tbf i ended up having all twenty not star fox 2 games on my final list
